Week 3. Breaking down manageable goals into pieces
Week 4. Practising the exercise of the wheel of life and the beginning of your journaling
Week 5. Working on relationships and understanding the impact they have on us
Week 6. Checking on how we are progressing with our goals and journaling
Week 7. Explaining the letter of fulfilment will stop starting a gratitude journal
Week 8. What are limiting beliefs and how do we change them
Week 9. Letting positive changes trickle into other areas of life
Week 10. Walking the path you are meant to walk.
Week 11. Trying something new And the look in on your progress
