I offer strategies for self-care, communication tips, and problem-solving skills to help you navigate this journey with compassion, resilience, and understanding.

Week 2. Remembering how important you are and starting positive and negative trigger journal for your loved one
Week 3. You're important in your loved ones journey.
Week 4. Understanding your families emotions.
Week 5. How to overcome carries guilt and cares burnout
Week 6. Checking in I'm now progress so far answering any questions.
Week 7. Working to regain your footing your own life.
Week 8. Cultivating self love and understanding why it is so important.
Week 9. Remembering things that bring you joy And having the courage to achieve them.
Week 10. Doing something for the first time.
Week 11. Working on your physical and emotional health
Week 12. Final session looking back on how far you have come and what you have achieved.
