Week 7. Building self esteem and self confidence.
Week 8. Developing optimism and motivation.
Week 9. Harnessing mindfulness and the present moment.
Week 10. Working on communication, gratitude and positive relationships.
Week 11. Addressing any areas that may need further assistance and review.
Week 12. Acknowledging how far you have come and what positive changes are improving your life. Final session.
